Fishmonger Set

Made for miniature/stop motion set and prop practice. The base is foam that I stamped cobblestones into, painted with acrylic paint, and then covered the rest in dehydrated dirt. The support structure is made of wooden dowels hot glued together and secured with thin sisal cord, draped in weathered cotton with dyed jersey netting hanging from the side. The crates are thin balsa wood, cut to size, glued together, carved, and then painted with watered down model acrylics. The fish display is bass wood, filled with faux plastic "ice" with 3D printed and acrylic painted fish on top, covered in a thin layer of UV resin. The crabs and clams are also 3D printed and then painted with acrylic paint, and the baskets are woven with waxed thread.
